Wall Vibrated Gabion

DESCRIPTION

The vibrated gabion for walls is used for ground containment, soil reinforcement systems, channelling of watercourses, erosion control systems and slope retention.

In accordance with Arisac's quality policy, we carry out studies to verify the performance of our gabions in order to offer the best possible use of them and of the material used.

The material used for their manufacture is special galvanised mesh in accordance with the UNE-EN 10223-8 standard, guaranteeing their durability over the years, joined with staples and with internal diaphragms to offer maximum resistance.

They are delivered prefabricated with 70-130mm granulometry stone, vibrated and compacted with specific machinery for compacting the gabions, so that once filled they can be transported and handled by mechanical means. In this way, the perfect density and finish of the gabion is guaranteed. This operation is a great advantage for reducing time, eliminating manpower, planning and ensuring on-site execution.

The gabion wall rivals all other solutions because it has a high drainage capacity, is flexible, does not require maintenance, does not require building work or foundations, as it is flexible, minimises the visual impact of large walls as it is decorative and is quick to assemble.

The choice of the dimensions of the gabion, the inclination of the wall, or the staggered distances, depending on the loads to be supported, are decisions of the technical department of each project, and Arisac is not responsible for its actions.
